O-mazing weekend!

So we're back from Baltimore, Camden's first major road trip. He did really well!
Friday we left and stayed with Daddy's buddy Andrew and Camden's newest friend Jackson. Camden met Jackson last year, but they really got a chance to play this past weekend. Jackson is now 3 and super sweet! He made Camden laugh like crazy--what a silly guy!

Saturday we pulled into Baltimore with about 2 hours to spare before Daddy's friend Shawn's surprise birthday party. We went by the old apartment, up to the top of Federal Hill to eat lunch (and Camden played in the playground), then to No Way Jose for a Margarita.

Afterwards we headed for Pasadena for the party. Shawn was completely surprised! He was also glad to see us--he had no clue we were coming (and that we were staying with him!) Everyone ooohed and aaahed at what a cute and sweet boy Camden is...something the rest of you already know!
(pics coming soon)
The next day Shawn, Talia, Camden, Daddy and I went to the Orioles/Blue Jays game. It was time for Camden to visit his namesake, Camden Yards! He did very well, considering how hot it was and even got to meet the Oriole Bird (which freaked him out). Camden brought the Birds some luck, as we won 7-3 and Camden took home a certificate commencing his first game.

(more pics of the Oriole bird and Camden coming soon)
We stopped at Grandma and Grandpa's on the way home and got some much-needed sleep (after handing Camden off to his sweet and eager-to-see-him grandparents).
It was so nice to see all our friends again and the old town we love. But it's really nice to be home again!

Did you bring enough pizza for the rest of the class?

Just have to share a funny story that the day care told to Kevin the other day. They had ordered a pizza in the infant room and Patsy said that as they were eating, all the other kids were crawling and playing around. But Camden was staring at their pizza and opened his mouth wide, expecting a bite! The kid's always got food on the brain!

Oh, and more update on the physical therapy...after the evaluation, we learned that Camden has very little muscle tone in his neck and trunk, which explains why he's not sitting on his own and not crawling. He's being referred for therapy and the Dr. thinks it will really help him out. We'll probably start next week, as this week we're getting ready to go to Baltimore for Camden's first major road trip.

Camden's 1st Easter

We're back from Gainesville, where Camden spent his first Easter at Aunt Betsy's.

Camden wasn't so much into the egg coloring and egg hunts, but the big kids sure were!

Camden convinced us all to go to the park, where he had a blast! Uncle Jason bought him his first chocolate bunny, which he went crazy with (see below).

Aunt Betsy found us a great Church to go to on Sunday, where Camden learned that Jesus has Risen!!! Hope all of you had a wonderful Easter.

Palm Sunday with Nana and Gramps (and Aunt Ash and Uncle Jon!)

It's been a while since I've posted. We've had a busy few weeks! Let me try to catch you up....

Two weekends ago, Kevin's family came into town and we all hung out. It was a nice relaxing weekend with the fam. And on Palm Sunday, Camden and his cousin Maddie joined the palm parade down the Church aisle, at the start of the service. Camden wasn't quite sure what to do with his palm branch, but Maddie waved hers around like nobody's business! (Thanks, again, Joani for letting me steal your pics!)
