Hi all! Aunt Laura asked for more Camden news. Not much more is going on, we're still trying to get him to sit up without help. We practice all the time. We're also waiting on a special baby chair called a Bumbo...supposed to help develop his trunk skills. (It's recommended by Dr.'s and PT's---we ordered it on ebay so it should be coming in any day). We'll get a pic of him in it when it arrives. And not crawling yet...a random butt thrust when he's on his belly sometimes though.
Camden continues to make new friends wherever he goes and is just getting funnier and sweeter every day. He loves to laugh at Mommy and Daddy when we goof off around him. He's a little rollie pollie too--you've got to really keep your eyes on him! He sleeps through the night beautifully these days.
And man, can that boy eat! Grandpa and Grandma got him a food mill so we've been having fun mashing up food for him. He eats a lot of solids now (we do still get 2 bottles of formula in him each day, sometimes more) and a pretty good variety. When he finishes a bowl of food, he pouts and whines as if to say "I'm not ready to stop!" He does the same with his bath--funny stuff.
No "mama" or "dada" yet. Trust me, there will be a very special blog for his first utterance of "mama." Hey, I make the blog.

Thanks for the update! I look everyday to see if there is anything new. Even though we live so close, we don't see each other enough. My professional opinion is that Camden is a genius. Why sit up on your own when you have two wonderful grown ups who will hold you and cuddle? He knows that sitting up means he might be somewhat on his own:) He is working it already! Love you guys! You're right, it is IS hard not to pick him up and cuddle with him! Maybe this guy is smarter than us! :)
